17 YEARS AND STILL GROWING!

The Botswana Consumer Fair is an all-inclusive fair with the objective of creating an interactive forum for local and international exhibitors and visitors. The fair offers great opportunities that promote and diversify the economy through the creation of live platforms for various sectors thereby promoting direct trade.

A visitor attendance of 36,000 was recorded in 2023 over the seven-day period this Flagship event takes place and has made the Botswana Consumer Fair the most annually visited Fair in the country thereby providing good incentives to local and international exhibitor participation.

The flagship event is scheduled for MONDAY 26^TH AUGUST – SUNDAY 1ST SEPTEMBER 2024 under the Theme “Building a Sustainable Future; Balancing Economic Growth and Environmental”.

Fairground Holdings (Pty) Ltd t/a Botswana Conference & Exhibition Centre invites Local and International companies to exhibit at the upcoming Consumer Fair.

Why Exhibit at the Botswana Consumer Fair:

The Fair is by far the largest in the country:

1. 1. The Fair is a platform for Exhibitors to market their products and services directly to consumers.

   2. It is a structured and interactive forum that encourages local and international exhibitors as well as visitors to explore business opportunities that also diversify the economy.

   3. Companies also have a ready platform to build brand equity through promotions and face-to-face direct marketing.

Bookings are now open for the fair. If you would like to participate at the fair, you are required to fill in an Application Form, sign the Terms and Conditions, and pay a Deposit for your stall to be confirmed as booked.

ABOUT THE TRADERS HUB

Traders Hub – we bring TRADERS under one roof to trade in products and goods manufactured locally. The Traders Hub is designed to stimulate trade and exchange which is an aspect that has been modest at the past Consumer Fairs. This special edition will enhance the Fair experience by allowing consumers to be pointed in their “shopping”.

Tourism Pavilion – another initiative where we will cluster Hospitality and Tourism Operators in one area for ease of navigation.

Sector Clustering – We will have clusters of related businesses representing different sectors such as retailing, agriculture, manufacturing, services, government departments, and many more.

Food Court – Comprising of a collective of reputable SMME food joints to allow you variety and affordability in your meal experience.

Entertainment – We promise to bring you a variety in entertainment appealing to the entire family.

We listened to our patrons and have decided to reduce the Entrance Fees at this year’s Consumer Fair. We hope this will enhance your Fair and Shopping experience.
